Kinetexx is a Newcastle wearable-health startup with a genuinely different product: a knee support whose memory-retentive resistance springs strengthen the muscles around the joint as you move, rather than just compressing it. The science was strong; the brand was scattered. Quiet Build consolidated it into one identity, wrote the positioning, and built and launched the commercial website at kinetexx.com, brand and build handled end to end.

The product was ready to be taken seriously. The Kinetexx Knee Muscle Exerciser uses resistance springs to build strength as you walk, train or just get on with your day, and their own independent testing at Newcastle University showed up to 30% more muscle activation walking and 400% running.
The look did not match the science. Across the existing assets sat four different taglines, competing colourways and several logo lockups. The brief was to make Kinetexx look as considered as the product, then build the commercial home that could actually sell it.
We resolved the scatter into a single identity: Onyx Signal. A deep black base, one electric signal accent and a locked tagline, Move Without Limits. One wordmark, one colour system, one voice, rebuilt down to a clean favicon set, so the whole team could hand Kinetexx to anyone and it held together.
The positioning followed the product: strengthens, not just supports. Premium-tech and minimal, benchmarked against the wearables people already trust, so an early-stage startup reads as a serious one from the first glance.
The Onyx Signal system: locked Move Without Limits tagline, one wordmark, a defined colour palette and a full favicon set, turning a scattered set of assets into one confident look.
A multi-page commercial site at kinetexx.com: how it works, the proof, the science of the knee, a knowledge library and a route for professionals, written mechanism-first and then backed with evidence.
Structured for the purchase decision: the mechanism up top, the Newcastle University proof on the path to buy, and outcome-led copy, with two audience landing pages for arthritis and sport.
An on-site assistant that answers the real pre-purchase questions, is this right for me, which size, which resistance, in a sentence, so a hesitant visitor gets an answer instead of hitting a contact form.
GA4 and the Meta Pixel wired in and verified firing, so the marketing team gets clean conversion data from day one and every pound of ad spend is accountable.
Migrated onto Cloudflare with their existing email preserved, a live shop at £65 with free UK delivery, and the keys handed over. Kinetexx own all of it.
Kinetexx is live at kinetexx.com: one brand, one site, one clear story, taking orders and feeding clean data to the team building the demand around it.
From a scattered set of assets to a launched, measurable, direct-to-consumer product. The knee is first; the same brand and system carry the elbow, ankle and everything after it.
Brand and build, end to end. We consolidated a scattered identity into one look, the Onyx Signal system, wrote the positioning, and built and launched the commercial website at kinetexx.com, with two audience landing pages, an on-site guide and full conversion tracking.
