Quiet Build designs and builds websites from Ponteland, Newcastle upon Tyne, for businesses across the North East and the UK. Hand-coded, fast on a phone, written to be found on Google and in AI answers, and handed over with the keys. From £1,000, priced in writing before we start. A website is a station, not the railway: it is where people arrive, and its job is to make the next step obvious.
Layout, typography, colour and motion chosen for your work, and the words written with you rather than pasted from a brief. Your offers, your prices where you are happy to show them, and one clear next step on every page.
No page builders, no plugin stack to break. Static pages served from Cloudflare's network, images compressed without going soft, and the layout tested on a phone and a laptop before anyone else sees it.
Titles and descriptions for the searches that matter, clean addresses, structured data (facts in a form machines read), a sitemap, share cards, robots and AI-crawler rules, all generated from one file so they never drift. The same layer runs on this site.
Google's AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity cite pages that are indexed, fast, plainly written and first-hand. Visible FAQs, sourced claims and a consistent description of who you are across the web are how a business earns a mention. How AI search finds businesses →
The contact form is tested with a real message. Every page, image and link is checked by a script and by eye. Search Console and your Google Business Profile are connected on launch day, and the site is watched for thirty days afterwards.
Your site turns any project, price, quote or photo into an on-brand social card in one tap, ready for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok or X. See HyperShare →
A site of five to fifteen pages with the full findability layer, tested and handed over. Most land between £1,000 and £2,500, set by the number of pages, the writing needed and whether there is a shop or a booking flow.
Hosting watched, Search Console read for you, one improvement a month, new pages as the business grows. Month to month, stop when you like.
Large catalogues, client portals, booking systems and web apps are scoped on a call and priced in writing. Kinetexx sells through a checkout on its site; Go As You Please runs its cases in a private hub.
If the website is one part of a bigger tangle, start with a £500 Brain Map → and the site becomes one piece of a connected system. Prices are the same wherever you are.

Design, writing with you, the build, image preparation, the findability layer, a tested contact form, launch on your own domain and hosting, Search Console and Business Profile connected, and thirty days of watching afterwards. Photography and copywriting from scratch for a large site are quoted separately if needed.
You do. The domain is registered to you, the hosting account is yours, and the code and content are handed over. Any developer can work on it after me. There is no lock-in and no licence.
Sites run on Cloudflare, which costs nothing or very little for a business site, in an account in your name. If you already own a domain, we point it at the new site; if not, I help you buy one in your name.
Often, yes. A findability audit of an existing site is a normal piece of work, and if the bones are good we improve rather than rebuild. Run the free AI visibility check first and bring the result to the call.
Two to six weeks for most sites. You see it as it grows, on a link you can open on your phone. The slowest part is gathering photographs and answers, so you get a short list on day one.
Google itself says there is no special trick: being indexed, fast, useful and plainly written is what gets a page into AI Overviews. On top of that, structured data that matches the page word for word, visible FAQs, sourced facts and a consistent description of your business everywhere online make it easy for ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity to read and cite you. Every Quiet Build site gets that by default.
