Quiet Build is based on Main Street in Ponteland and works with businesses across Newcastle upon Tyne, Gosforth, Northumberland and the wider North East. This page is the honest version of an "areas we cover" list: real distances from the studio, and the real project behind each place where there is one. Where there is not one yet, it says so.
The studio is on Main Street. Aubury & Co, an interior design studio here in the village, has a brand-led website and an AI studio the team dictates quotes into. Go As You Please, the independent funeral director on Kenton Road, runs every case in an operations hub built by Quiet Build, replacing WhatsApp threads, paper and spreadsheets. Morpeth, the county town, is about twenty minutes up the A1. Hexham and the Tyne Valley about thirty. Alnwick and the coast about forty-five, Berwick over an hour. The Reece Family Trust, a family charitable trust that funds grassroots causes across Tyneside and south Northumberland, has a new name and a 35-page website with its grant application built in, live at reecefamilytrust.org. Off The Table, a cinematic travel docu-series, has its brand and site from Quiet Build. Phrase Path, our own app, is used by travellers in 80+ languages. Sonic Paths maps 137 music venues in 59 countries. Distance changes whether we meet in person; it changes nothing about the work.
Because people search with a place name, and because most "areas we cover" pages are thirty copies of the same paragraph with the town swapped. Google calls those doorway pages and quietly ignores them. This is one page, with different things to say about different places, and it will only ever claim work that exists. When a Morpeth or a Hexham business joins the list, it will appear here with a link you can open.

Yes. Every build is shown to you as it grows, on a link you can open on your phone, so you are never waiting for a big reveal. Most of the work happens on that link, not in a meeting room.

No. A website is from £1,000, a Brain Map is £500 and monthly care is from £250, wherever you are. The number is agreed in writing before anything starts.
